I have tried the Cookies & Cream. One of the best tasting proteins I’ve ever tasted. And mixes VERY easily. I always use a shaker cup, and no clumps with Syntha 6. I’ve only gone through one 2-lb can, so I can’t comment too much on gains yet. I have noticed strength and weight increases since starting the protein even though they are marginal. I’m trying the chocolate mint next. I recommend this protein.
