Creatine and its Benefits

What is Creatine?

Creatine is a chemical that occurs naturally in the body.  It is also found in fish and meats.

3 Different Forms of Creatine

Creatine Monohydrate:  a naturally occurring creatine used to supply energy to our muscles.  Micronized creatine has smaller micro-particles than regular creatine powder and costs a little more.

Creatine Ethyl Ester:  creatine with an ester added.  Studies have shown this type of creatine is absorbed better than monohydrate.

Kre-Alkalyn Creatine:  buffered creatine that is pH balanced.  This type of creatine provides better absorption and requires no loading phase.

What are the Benefits of Creatine

  • Increases muscular endurance
  • Hydrates muscle for a larger and fuller appearance
  • Improves muscular strength levels
  • Improves recovery rates allowing you to push harder in every workout
  • Reduces sensation of muscular fatigue

With all the benefits of creatine, there’s no doubt it should be included in everyone’s supplement regimen.  There are many different companies that make different forms of creatine.
